We are written
down by a will in
opposition to itself
yet always tailored
to suit our needs
unrecognized
a train of thought is
delayed as the driver
proceeds underground
and the last resort
of unsettling emotions
once upset by the sun
is invaded by an army
lovestruck without precedence
as the traffic instead starts
traveling through us
