M-is for the many things she gave me…
She carried me for nine months
Small burden did she bear
Soft glow of newborn motherhood
Reflects maternal care
A mother’s love is infinite
The end is never found
From pain bursts joy eternal
Transformed by infant sound
Amazing is creation
The Maker’s hand is true
A celestial translation
That turns old into new
This cycle never ending
Infuses all with love
A mom is someone special
An angel from above
I’m grateful to my mother
She shared her soul with me
Genetically related
A close knit family
Be kind and thankful children
A duty to obey
There is no one like mother
She’s the reason for today
