T-45 Goshawk – training aircraft primary and advanced flight training with the possibilities of working off of arms, established by the American firm McDonnell Douglas under license from the British firm British Aerospace on the basis of TCB Hawk Mk.60. Airplanes intended to replace the TCB U.S. Navy T-2 Buckeye and TA-4 Skyhawk. The first flight of the prototype was made in April 1988. Aircraft into service in January 1992.
