It’s summer the longest of the holiday breaks,

Six weeks off school with a gang of my mates,

We will meet in the park sometime around about nine

Tee shirt and jeans if the weather is fine.

Lets take a ball and play some games,

Argue and fight call each other names,

Getting bored late in day,

Taking my ball and running away.
