Eating.
E very thing down the esophagus,
and into the stomach like a sarcophagus.
A fter sleep, after work…
a good meal can never hurt.
T o loose weight or to gain weight,
it all starts with the food you intake.
I ntermissions splitting the day,
from a good meal one should never stray.
N ever go to sleep on an empty stomach,
or you’ll wake hungry as a panic attack.
G rilled, baked, or fried,
soon to be satisfied
