In life there are talkers, listeners and doers.

Talkers can do just about anything but would rather watch the doers do it
They love it when listeners listen, never sounding absurd

Listeners learn much while waiting for the chance to apply what the talker says
Nothing slips past a listener they often aid doers doing

Doers get the job done with callous hands never paying much attention to what the
talker says. Often times forgetting the details listeners tried to provide.

Each one requires a piece from another to become more complete.
Stop and observe the people around:
Those that make you wanna say Shut up! – Talker
Those that sit thinking but never say Shut-up! –Listner
The rest must be out doing. Lets get to work!
