This is memories you carry everywhere you go. You see them; you visualize them and you live with them every single day. The beautiful scenery in some places reminds you, of the place you once lived your life.

Looking from the window of the train I see
Mountains, valleys so close yet so far away
Sunset so beautiful with its golden rays
Memories so beautiful kept coming back
Watching those sunsets before every dawn
The train rolled on in between the mountains
On the its winding tracks with grassy slopes
Reminded me of those trails I knew so well
In great mountains, valleys so very green
Where herds of cows and buffaloes spread
The goats and sheep’s did their best
Birds of colors and butterflies so many
They mingled around with so little worry
Birds for the worms to feed the rest
Butterflies for flowers to fill their best
Images of the mountains are in my mind
Memories of the village where I was born.
I lived in the mountains and believed in them
On the mountains where the village roads met
Watched the moon hanging over the earth
Memories and visions kept crawling back
Train never stopped but kept rolling on
Memories of the village where I was born
As the train rolled on, on its tracks
Memories simply kept coming back!
