Into helpless
Memories
Of you

The heart aches
And cries
With nothingness
To fill
Saddened
Shoes

Tread until
The morning speaks
And remembers
You

Speak until
The silence breaks
And, encounters
The tiny
Pitter patter
Of two

Hope until
There is simply
Nothing else
You can do
