Well and good we are yet to wake up from our slumber.

Guilty we will always be

Even with empty stomach

Even in sickness and in pains

Little or no care you give us

When will it be over?

You will always accuse us

Guilty or not guilty and always

Every day and then you mark us bad

Thought we are pre-condemned

Forsaken nation with no god

It will never again remain the same

Geniuses have risen from the dust

Another time yet foretold in the history

A time of freedom and disintegration

When we shall be victorious forever.

Interesting poem Michael. Allthough I get the gist of it, I am not sure if you are speaking of a country, community or a sect of people.
