Moodiness hits a lot of us and it isn’t fun battling this. Stress is the culprit!

Sometimes, all I want to do is scream,

and just be

down right mean.

Sometimes for no reason at all,

which makes me feel so very small.

I can tango with the best of them,

and be full of it to the brim,

but who has the power to say

“sink or swim?”

I used to let things just ride

placing it on the shelf,

but somewhere along the way

that idea changed

and went away.

I think I am in need

of some behavior modification,

to help with my moods

and all that includes.

I need to learn

how to suppress

my moody behavior.

It would definitely be in my favor.

Stress causes people to react

in different ways.

I think I will just have

 to kick stress’s butt

one of these days.

See?

    DB…if it comes down to kicking the hell out of your stressors…then kick ass!!! And don’t consider that to be mean, it may be just the “medicine” that is needed at the time. This was a very interesting write. Question is…do we need to adjust our attitude towards others or do others need to change the way they treat us? I’m inclined to lean toward the latter…I do not think we change…but other change how they deal with us…
