Falling deeper and deeper – lost in love.

Each word, each glance,

Each kiss, each touch from you

I fall deeper, farther

Than ever before

You have broken down

Every barrier

I had built around my heart

To permeate and penetrate

The cold, dark recesses

Of my lonely soul, so I

Could bask in the light of your eyes

And the warmth of your smile

Your love shelters and protects

I revel in it with expectancy

Of new heights we will reach

I never thought I could love you

Any more than I did

From the very beginning

But I am proven wrong,

Again and again

With each passing day

Great love poem. I beg the differ with Hollywod James. Real love is achiveable. But both parties must have the same concept of what real love means to thems and they must equally agree. Now keeping real love once you obtain it is another issue all together. Thanks for sharing.
