Sometimes we do not realize, that the little things we do

Can mean so much to someone else and change their point of view

And in these special moments a drastic change occurs

And the picture seems so sharp and clear and the answers reappear

In times of need your points of view can be in disarray

Confusion starts to take a hold and common sense fades away

This is when you need a guide to find your inner peace

For in this torment you will see that your pain will not decrease

I found myself without control and you were my helpful guide

You gave me a choice of hope and love when myself I could not abide

To hate what you are and what you may become is a torment of the mind

But you let me know how love could heal and you never left me behind

I thank you from the bottom of my heart and know it’s true

That you helped me more than you could know your beliefs helped pull me through
