Poem/story of forbidden love,under the southern sky….

It was a very beautiful Sunday afternoon,

Rangi had come by to see Maria,

Marie also dropped in to see her,

while on his guitar Kong played a tune……

They all sat listening intently,

as he played so beautifully,

sang a love song so deep and sweetly,

they each took it personally……

Kongs eye’s were fixed on his wife,

again their eyes were doing the talking,

they were in each others life,

they would never stop courting……

Maria was about seven months,

she wanted the baby to come now,

she was showing a big hump,

they laughed when she said she feels like a cow……

Little Mariaan cuddled her grandmother,

and started to pat her big tummy,

again they laughed with each other,

when the little one said yummy yummy…….

They all took of light refreshments,

later Duphur and his family came by,

to the happy couple gave their sentiments,

while Johaan drank beer by the pool……

Rangi had prepared a Maori boil up,

knowing raw fish and kina’s was Kongs favorite’s,

Marie brought some Dutch goulash for sups,

all would stay for dinner and drinks……

Duphur and family left early for home,

Johaan took Mariaan home to bed,

kong had some work to do in the shed,

left the three women on their own…..

Then Maria spoke lovingly to them,

thanking them for their love and support,

you have not judged me or him,

and I know we are still in court……

We have a high mountain to climb,

and you two will always be there,

to push and encourage us from behind,

with tender love and care…..

When I look into both your eyes,

I see what only a woman can feel,

your in your own paradise,

don’t be afraid if its not real…….

Enjoy and savor the moment,

sometimes that’s all we have,

for dreams are like a condiment,

to taste the good and not the bad…..

I’m Kong’s wife,

between us all let there be no strife,

let us share our love,

as something Divine from above…..

I love you my daughter and you to my friend,

your dreams and thoughts are not wrong,

we’ll all be together in the end,

for we are women of Kong………..to be continued……..
