Love too much.
The murdering love between these two
Who did not know what to do?
Passion-poisoned young lovers
Could not condition themselves to others
Never felt a feeling
Ever so mind stealing
These two loves, how pretty
Ruining romance began in the city.
He was beautiful but broken inside
She was obsessed to push sanity aside
They met and they found a secret treasure
Was the finding of wealth beyond measure!
I’ve opened a clam and found a pearl
The joining together of a world
But despite so rich they were homeless in their passion
Had no home for this, was no normal fashion
They were mirrored, twinned, matched in a spell
But how sad it was that this repelled
The jealousy was a murdering might
Between kisses and desperate fight
How they walked hand and hand in the night.
So beautiful, and young and unable to last
How it happened so very fast
The love engorged and forged some pretend
Candle that would burn out in the end.
The desperation they would find
And how it would unhinge the mind
I need you, I need you
I just cannot live if I can’t be with you.
They drank of each others being,
Blindness stopped them from seeing
Did not hear how love was weeping
Did not feel how blood was seeping
From growing wound in this vessel.
Bond is breaking, was my heart mistaking?
I will make you cry make you wish you could die.
How could bond so beautiful be rope that binds me?
How could this sinking love be the one that finds me?
The ship is sinking
They could not stop thinking
Not one free thought, they knew they ought not to be anywhere close.
Riveting, rushing, then ruining and remorse.
The embers are running their course.
Like fire burns and then burns out
Leave ashes but with love without
You burned your beautiful selves and I will remember you
Why the pain? Why the pain? Why are you making me insane?
How could one love someone so much to hate them
To take them up in your arms then break them
Cuts and bruises on the face,
Limping through a losing race
Passion possessed
Together obsessed
Obsessed over your eyes
Washing away all the wise
Child that shall not share the toy
Just a little girl, just a little boy
I will remember your candle, your pearl
I will remember the joining world
You were so both so rare, so pretty,
When one love destroyed the other
In the city.
