Emotions that are forbidden.

My anger poem

Image via Wikipedia

I grit my teeth and carry on

When I get angry I tend to hide it so

Some people care for others and some for their own show

Hidden feelings of sadness that stay locked inside

What can I do but release my madness

Wanting the days to end with glow

For people are not aware of when I will unleash the demons

They stay behind a key in my mind, standing toe to toe

Waiting for the moment when they’ll over flow

Help is not a thing for me

For I am bound in a blood filled sea

The evil is trying to get out in which I keep suppressed

For what will happen next can not be guessed

Sometimes I feel lost in a patch of fog not knowing the way to go

If I trip and fall my anger will surly grow

Gripping on to what sanity is left

I try to keep my mind from boiling out

For many times it’s filled with doubt

Ready to explode and set off in fisted bout
