My Beloved Friend

Friendship turning to love.

You have a lighthearted way of flirting,

but you tempt me beyond endurance.

You are my most beloved friend,

we spend every moment together.

You make me smile when I’m sad,

our friendship I will always treasure.

We must not fool ourselves any longer,

for our relationship has turned intimate.

    The best way to ease
    Out of such a situation,
    Is first to befriend,
    Know each others’ inclinations.

    Then comes
    The routine sex
    Will he be better?
    Than him
    The devil within
    Is so silent
    Ere we falter later
    And repentance befalls
    Once again
