My boyfriend is a hockey nut.

He loves this brutal game.

He goes crazy when his team doesn’t win

Which is really quite ashame.

His team has a porous defense.

Their offense is terrible too.

When my boyfriend watches his team play,

I’d rather be at the zoo.

My boyfriend urges me to watch,

But I tell him he’s out of luck.

When it comes to watching a hockey game,

I quite frankly don’t give a puck.
