I wrote this one on a challenge from a friend, who said I could write about anything, she bet I could write one about a broken nail lol.

Oh no I broke a nail,
Please say it isn’t so!!
I broke one on my finger,
And another on my toe.
~
I’ll have to run to the hairdresser,
To have a manicure.
She’ll have to fix it right away,
I know that is for sure.
~
Then if she can fit me in,
I’ll need a pedicure.
To fix the one on my little toe,
The things that I endure.
~
How can I make it through the day,
With nails that look this bad?
To have to live a day like this,
I know is really sad.

Very cute. I have garden soil under my nails so I don’t look like a lady. My mother was the Lady in the family. My 9th grandchild and 1st great-grandchild due in Oct. It’s hard to keep up with what they’re all doing.
