Dare I glance at the open sky?

Dare I dance upon a stream?

Where was my chance, my coveted dream?

As I ran up mountains for my idol to see

I gathered up stardust to set myself free

Chasing all rainbows was almost so real

As I dared to chase my coveted dream

Seemingly as I sleep I feel I am awake

And it’s difficult to understand this waking dreamlike state

Appealingly as I drift I gaze an open door

My heart takes flight and skips a beat

As my slumber is no more

I take from words once said to me as fortune favours the brave
