Some parents are good,

Some parents are bad,

They will make you happy,

They will make you mad.

They love you so much they even have nicknames for you, honey, sweety, baby, and boo.

Most parents are funny but, Oh, how embarrassing!

When they’re mad at you, you had better keep your mouth shut,

Otherwise, they smack you in your mouth or on your butt.

Yes, my parents verbally fight,

But in the end they are still tight.

I love my parents, they crack me up!

But when I talk back to them,

Their main words are, “Shut-up.”

Ha! they may be smart,

But yet so clueless.

They can never figure out how to use the modern day items like an ipod, cell phone, or MAC,

I would text my dad,

But it always takes him 30 min. to text back.

Oh, and my mom,

The definition of Crazy!

When she’s around, you can never be lazy. 

She makes sure you have all your homework done, 

She always reminds me that education is numer one!

Sometimes I can be a daddy’s girl,

I love my dad, he is very loving and true.

But if I disobey him, he will tell me, ” I am yo daddy  and you do what I tell you to do.”

Oh yes! at times, he will yell at me about not washing the dishes,

But when I get them done he will treat me like his little princess.

I love my mom,

Her and I have a bit in common at being creative.

She makes sure I have everything I need,

She thinks very highly of me.

Oh, but  I can be disobedient and get in trouble with her.

She will introduce me to her belt,

And I’m like, “HELP!”

But she loves me and helped make me who I am toda,

So I love her anyway.

I thank God for my parents,

They are very special to me.

No matter how much they are overprotective, on my nerves, or just plain crazy.

I love them they are AMAZING.:-)
