Where does happiness come from?

Whose to say when someone is happy or not?

Is it our facial expressions that says we’re happy?

Our diction? 

Our actions?

Happiness

What makes a person happy?

Is it because of the materialistic things presented?

The people in ones life?

The ability of having ones way?

Is it knowing that deep within one may be content with what’s going on around them?

Whose to say when someone is happy or not?

My happiness does not come from material things,

Nor the ability of having my way.

Material things and the ability of having my way has the potential to destroy me.

So instead my happiness comes from above.

God brings me happiness!

He brings me joy,

My happiness comes from the man God sent me

He brings me happiness,

Joy,

Peace,

Comfort,

He brings me friendship,

Intellect,

Partnership,

A sense of security.

My happiness comes from knowing that I’m given a second chance at life,

A second chance to make things better,

A second chance to correct my mistakes,

A second chance to help others.

My happiness comes above.
