Don’t you ever wonder how it would feel like to just let all your thoughts and feeling out? Read this and learn about a person with a character that hopes for one thing, and one thing only.
I spin around on that ice
That cold, shivering white sheet
And I skate
With all my heart’s weight
I gain speed
Soaring like a bird
Flying like a leaf lost in the wind
Never having to stop
That air blowing my hair
That sweet, swishing sound fills my ears
And I skate with all my heart’s weight
Then, I lift my foot
And I escape from this world
Pulling in my arms, I twirl like a ballerina
Softly landing, I breathe heavily,
Every drop of air surrendering out of me
The wonderful aroma of pure nothingness
And I skate
With all my heart’s weight
However, I skid to a stop
And wonder, why?
Why do people always have something to worry about?
Even when a time of happiness?
Let us just live in a world of peace, loving one another
But still, I skate with my heart’s weight
