Here we go again.

These queer names again

I wrote about then

Are back on the roll,

Kids look when I call.

Let’s start with Win-win,

Concon and Tin-tin.

Yes, yes, there’s No-no,

Who named her, don’t know.

Dandan and Dindin,

My head’s in a spin.

Dondon and Denden,

Will these change when they’re men?

Raprap and Mai-mai,

Go on and say “hi”

Tetet and Ditdit,

These tots you must meet.

Even the nannies

Be sure not to miss.

Mingming and Au-au,

C’mon take a bow.

Angelica, Pauline,

Even my girls are now in.

Gigi and Pau-pau?!

Since when, where and how?

There’s a knock at the door,

It’s way past four.

“C’mon, my sweet-sweet, let’s call it a day.”

“Sure heart-heart,” I uttered, “whatever you say.”

My son teaches in a kindergarten in Japan a couple of times a week and he always smiles at some of the names he calls out on the register. I really love your poem.

It\’s very funny to read these names. Going short-cut is the easiest way to save time in this era, everyone is thinking like this, but don\’t play with ur health.
