A short poem about “Maddy” my cute little golden retriever.

Maddy oh Maddy my Maddy’s so daft,
She spins around and her tail makes a draft,
Her little golden head and eyes oh so brown,
She never finds time to grimace or frown,
With legs just like bean poles she dances around,
A tail large and fluffy she sweeps up the ground,
She shakes up her body and ruffles her coat,
To the untrained eye she could look like a goat!
Her nature is gentle and soft like a child,
Unlike her siblings who are flighty and wild,
My darling Maddy i love her so much,
On oh so cold nights i cuddle and touch,
The apple of my eye she always will be,
That’s my doggy my little Maddy.
