Sometimes it doesn’t matter how many times a person declares their love for you, you always want to destroy it, test it. Or simply, you know that you want to return the love, deep down but you can’t because of who you are but you want to keep them with you and see how many times they’re willing to try.

Somewhere inside this bitter heart

bleats a beacon

a faint shimmer across the twilight

the faint flare, swimming in the oceans of space

in this nocturnal cage of complexity

the darkened sand

where you write my name over

upon every grain

you never dare to meet my eye

every single fear i radiate

cascading down around your ears

black and white

the only vision in your simplicity

my gaping wounds

you will suffer in your naive state

every time you search for forever

i will take it out of reach

because where ever that we go together

i will rub my name out again
