Many of my friends might not know that I write poetry. It’s been quiet awhile since I have posted any poetry, but I enjoy writing it when the inspiration hits me. These were way on the back burner so I wanted to share them with you. I have written oodles of pieces over the years, (not all on Triond) but I do have many pieces here. I hope you enjoy some of my work.

My Poetry

These are my favorite pieces of poetry that I posted when I first came to Triond. I found out pretty quickly that no one looks for poetry unless it’s an old favorite piece written by a well know poet so I drifted into writing articles with information that people look for on the web. Even so, writing poetry is my favorite thing that I enjoy so much and I want to share some of it with you. I haven’t written any new pieces in awhile but I want to get back to it soon. My old friends have read many of these poems so I hope I’m not boring you, but my new friends might not know that I have poetry to share. If anyone is interested please take a look. Thanks to everyone for supporting me in all my endeavors. You are the greatest friends. You have been so wonderful to me and I appreciate everyone of you.

This looks like quite a list Ruby. Just on our way out the door for a Saturday night summer BBQ with friends, but will certainly return and read some of these.

Ruby I didn’t know that you wrote poetry but I’m very happy you do. These poems are priceless especially the Little Brown House. A very enjoyable read.

Hi Ruby,
Looks like you wrote most of them in 2007. I joined Triond somewhere around late 2007 or early 2008. I looked at most of them and did not find that I had made any comments. My guess is that we were not friends until mid to late 2008. However, I enjoyed reading a few and will read more of them.
