This is a poem I wrote about the joy of love.

My Song and Ray of Love for You

What is my ray of love for you

That warms the plot that you alone can plant

And reaps where others cannot sow?

A garden, sure, that Eden mimes

Can’t grow a better now.

Where is my song of love for you

That lifts my feet and hands and heart

To places souls enjoy?

A poem Shakespeare could not rhyme

Could not my love define.

My song and ray of love for you

Arrived unbidden and will not go.

It gently lies alive and

Breathes so softly “I love you”

As treasures in my life.
