A story about a girl who started using drugs.
It was dark
I sneaked out
So bored of the mundane
I was going insane
Wanted excitement
I knew where to find it
See, long ago I met a strange man
He lived the dream life
If I found him today
Everything would be okay
To my surprise
He was still at the same corner of no return and regret
He sat straight up an looked me in the eyes and said
Naive little girl
You wouldnt want this world
But I refused to take his advice
I screamed I have nothing better to do with my time
Plus I know my limit
Just let me hit it
One time get high, real high
An I’ll quit it
It’s only weed
The herb all natural
No coke will pass through my nostrils
Pleas Mr. Man
I swear I won’t be bad
Naive little girl
She didn’t know any better
Now she sits with the strange man
Body sore from slamming all that dope
The only friend that comes around
Is the white fine powder
Lately getting high is all that matters
Naive little girl
She will never grow old
