Life, it’s a funny, yet complex machine where all pieces seem to fit together.

The fruit lies to waste upon the ground surrounding the tree

Animals, scavengers, seek to find any morsel, satisfying need

Oblivious to the tree’s tears of loss and lament of winter struggle

They creatures poke, search, consume and toss

These are the cycles of survival

    Maybe not quite perfectly, you left out the part about how the wasted seeds get scattered about by animals, humans and wind to begin life anew in other places.
