The one that got away.
Sweetest nectar drizzles from her petal
Purest of hearts as it slowly drops
Embrace of sensuality and calmness
Surrounds the smallest of his crevice
He is enticed and drawing closer
Eyes stand still without escape
As to unlock a code of silence
They seem to dance, but never jointly
The beats seem in sync as they draw near
Smile flees the rose colored lips as it
Lingers amongst her presence
Feeling it, he smiles as well
For is it kismet or blissful chance?
Kisses of cherry and other fruits
Touch her lips is afflicting his soul
Thus he reaches out his hand to her
Piercing chestnut spheres are unshaken
She declines as to play a childlike game
Departure of lips occur as a whisper is heard
Follow me is the words she said
As all the minute hairs on his back erect
The chills drive his intrigue for this creature
Endless pathways, dead end streets, and zigzags
He lost her amongst the chaos at bay
As all he has left is the memory of her sweetest nectar
