About a girl.

Run run
Never stopping for a moment
Or do you
You smile at me
And then you’re gone again
What are you thinking
Take me for a spin
And then you’re gone again
I always remember your smile
When I’m alone
So pleasant it is
When I touch your hand
When you look into my eyes
And then you’re gone again
We run and run
Never seem to stop
Our lives are running
Close for these times
Just passing moments
Glimmers of sweetness
Will they stay
Is it meant to be
Wishing to stop
Just so I will know
We never seem to stop

This is a hard one to respond to. However, look for my poem, “Remembering”.

I wrote a poem inspired by this one for your challenge, Milton. I wrote \”Strings of Ecstasy\” http://www.authspot.com/Poetry/Strings-of-Ecstasy.920017

    Howdy Milton!
I took on that challenge again that you made for folk to find inspiration by some of your earlier works. This one inspired my poem, “One Heart the Grass” http://authspot.com/poetry/one-heart-the-grass/ It got a bit lost in an Authspot shuffle at the beginning of the month.
