Andrew Michael Holness, 39 is the new Prime Minister of Jamaica.Holness was sworn in as Jamaica’s youngest prime minister by Governor General Sir Patrick Allen.Andrew Holness, 39, takes the oath of allegiance to his country during his swearing in ceremony as Jamaica’s ninth prime minister in Kingston, Jamaica, Sunday, Oct. 23, 2011. Holness, who has become the youngest leader in Jamaica’s history in a seamless power transition for the Jamaica Labor Party, takes over from Bruce Golding, who officially stepped down Sunday after four years as prime minister. Holness will lead the party into general elections that must be held by December 2012
