Here’s a tip
It was love
At first sight
But is it enough
For real insight
The beat
Making up for one
Leading and speeding
Almost a run
Such a chase
For the perfect word
Is it a waste?
You’re beautiful girl
Like a drum beat
The two of us alone
Off our feet
Voices cry and moan
But in our chests
What news
Love or sex
Us, me, and you
Slowing beat
Almost at rest
Peace
In bed
How sweet
A miracle actually
Love is such a feat
Especially for me
And this beat
Is desired
A new day to see
Love so dire
The reason
I choose
Another season
The news I love you
