Seldom speak of reveries;
What I believe is that we choose
our own destiny!
My heart seeks to disappear into the darkness;
alike the smoke from the candles last spit of light.
On the night of the white owl,
I will call you here;
you will awake from a reticent, lulling dream.
It is the beginning of a fateful departure into a life of unmeasured wonders;
escape this world,
it is inexorable, pleasant and serene.

In advance, and in regard to my prior chit;
I can only wish to persist through this constant drifting, weathered state of mind;
For I know,
the distance between two hearts can be measured by the stars;
You and I have always belonged
in this ever present time;
Our life is scarcely parted.
I understand,
for when I am gazing at the sky;
I will look for you,
sweet by and by . . .

    The distance between two hearts can be measured by the stars. Gazing at the sky looking for you. Very beautiful lines. When you return and because you like poetry please read my new article in relijournal-My Life as a Stud. The link leads to poetry by Christian testimony poets. No fluff or dreaminess and rather raw but truthful.You may like what you hear if you are not easily shocked.
