Reality: some of us can handle it, some; cannot. The Cassandra Complex: Having knowledge of what is to be… Combined with the impotence to do anything about it. Not being able to make others believe.

Living in a nightmare world
A fate worse than death
You know the truth yet
Can’t make others believe
In the reality YOU know exists
You’re up then you’re down
Can’t stop this bouncing around
There’s nobody operating
The non-stop roller coaster now
It’s the Cassandra Complex all over again
With the knowledge of future events
Too late!! It’s free and it’s rolling
To an end NOONE can know and
YOU hold the key
But you just can’t convince the rest

Don’t worry, it’s not your responsibility to decide for others, just to share what you know and let them make their own minds up. Hard thing to do though at times, especially if you love them.

Sometimes feeling that way could make people feel a little unappreciated and lonely.
