Some wars launch a thousand ships.

And go on for days to years.

Nine Eleven was four~ attacks

   that happened in the course of a morning.

It brought about much death and many tears

   and years and years of mourning.

It was given a target and labeled War.

And yet the attacks after that were no more.

It was at best a message or a ploy

Rile the Americans.

Help them hate.

And give an excuse

to go to Kuwait.

The dead are called heroes.

The dead are just dead.

Though in death and in dying and facing such dread.

We Can be most noble and heroic.

Though the Sorrow and the Loss can leave me Stoic.

I don’t want them dead.

I want reason and Cause.

You directed my Hate

But I should give pause.

It can’t be a War.

It was strikes with precision.

There was no follow-up.

It was just a decision

To distract and cause Re-Act

And to guide my Think.

I hope it was not for oil

Or an election on the brink.

Anger births Regret.

Don’t just react but give a think.

Why do they have people?

Because they are told we hate their cause.

They might use name Allah

But they worship the same God.

If yours is only One, and theirs is only One,

Then the One’s must be the Same.

Don’t hate the religious.

This is individuals to blame.
