When last have you said no and meant NO? it could save your life. It could deliver your mind. As negative as it may sound it may even be your only key to true greatness.

All I just wanted was truth
The Ancient ones sweet fruit
No more kicking around in lies’ boots
But in bitter but plain truth’

I searched high and low
I gave up being a pro
Embracing downwards to grow
And yes, I found her! Bye-bye sorrow

As I now upwards grow
Monsters gnawing you can’t go!
My emotions make me hollow
And from within I scream NO!

That’s it, my new necessity – NO!
How I need the power of NO!
My new life’ life depends on NO!
And I know I need to be handy with my NO!

I’ve never thought saying “NO” was a bad thing. More people need to practice saying it. When we won’t say say it, we commit to things we can’t fulfill, do things we should not do and get involved with people we would be better to leave alone.
