A poem about life.

No Light

Image via Wikipedia

I have a candle with no flame,

I only have myself to blame,

I want to run away and hide,

I lost the light that was deep inside.

I cannot see beyond the door,

Crying, my eyes are so sore,

Color me black as ebony,

No more future waits for me.

Circles on a wall that screams,

Filling all my hopeless dreams,

Chanting demons all around,

I begin to like their sound.

All the light in life is gone,

I don’t know if I can carry on,

Nothing ever felt so cruel,

Satan and God had their duel.

Your dispair expressed here also shows your strenght to carry on and valiantly succeed over the lack of light. Your light always shines through. It is the hard times that makes us so much stronger.

No matter how sad, it’s nice to know I’m not alone when really I feel it’s so…..lovely work
