” No More Chances “

Our yesterdays were filled with sunshine

the bright future was both yours and mine

unfortunately the past few weeks we can’t erase

just why did you have to bring us to this place?

A full moon out is glowing upon my face

as my fingers find heartbroken  tears to trace

sad heartfelt tears that now flow to drop

hoping that one day this pain will all stop.

No pain was ever reflected through your eyes

your fooling around to me was a sudden surprise

seems to be the same old dance to a familiar song

while you stand there and think that nothing is wrong.

I hope you are happy being with her tonight

I’m sure you will kiss her and hold her tight

forget about me and the child that you gave

I only hope God forgives you before you meet the grave.

This is the last time that I will say good-bye

No More Chances so don’t you even try

the clock of life keeps ticking but my life stands still

nothing can hurt me like this broken heart will…
