No Tears for Me

Remember me, with smiles and laughter,
For that is how I will remember you all.
If you can only remember me with tears,
Then don’t remember me at all.
When I think about my passing,
I don’t want any tears.
Just think of what I brought to your life.
Death should not be for sorrow,
But a celebration of life
Of the one we lost.
Always remember,
Loved ones who leave this world,
Are with Jesus
In Heaven.
So,
Death doesn’t have to be
Such a bad thing,
When we believe
In the Great Jesus Christ,
The One True Savior,
And the reason,
He came to earth,
To save the lost.
