Easier said than done, I quit about 12 years ago, and it was one of the hardest things I ever had to do.
Most start smoking due to peer pressure the need to be accepted.

never mind the bad effect of smoking to active smokers but what we should be concern is the effect of smoking to passive smokers.

I totally agree with you. It seems however that more and more women are taking up smoking, particularly young women. I can’t understand it as I was never tempted to smoke. Good work.

There are NO benefits to smoking. Most people start as kids and continue on to adulthood. And women smoke, too. lol

It’s sad that many more women than ever are taking up smoking. They want to be able to die young just like men do! How stupid is that?

I’m with you on that I don’t understand Y people smoke. My mom smokes and my X does too and I’m the one that gets bronquitis all of the time and both of my kids got ashma! =- [

Cigarette smoking is dangerous to your kids…SO DON’T SMOKE…….
