Writing is the deeper form of a song

At times I feel so in tuned with my focus

Whatever enters in I scramble to get it out

I do not know its purpose  

Or who might benefit from its syntax 

But poetry speaks volumes of the man I have trapped inside

I can almost predict the coming of an end

Each day the pen melds the now into what will be
