Wrote this early one morning while watching it snow.

I look out the window and see the snow falling
And I watch its soft glide as it swirls to t he ground
Wondering how long I will waste my time
Just sitting here not making any sound

I sit here wondering what to write  to you
What words will bring to you what  I want
And yet they must be wanted by you
Without showing any vaunt

I sit here thinking about the way you are
The things that make you my one beauty
And keeps you in my mind all the time
With care beyond all duty

Sitting her wishing to see you once again
Wanting you to now about my love
And how I wish or you to be here
where I can hold to you dove

Silence fills my room while I write this poem
Filling it with the words best for you
Words of how I feel about this love
Love that I now wish for you

A poet normally sees beauty and love in all creations. It could be even in a beam of light or a drop of water.

We in South India never get to see snow falling. But love is universal. Nice poem.
