I read Robert Frost’s "Nothing Gold Does Stay", analyzing the futility of nature’s cycles – as all things are beautiful fade. So, I took it upon myself to write a response in the exact same form, pointing out to Mr. Frost how, though things of beauty fade, they always come back in fuller force.

Nothing Green Does Leave

Reply to Nothing Gold Can Stay by Robert Frost

Nothing green does leave.
Nobody over seasons grieve,
For when the white of winter depart,
Nothing save warmth shall be at heart.

So Eden again blooms,
With beauty to fill rooms.
So dusk does creep to dawn,
With the coming of a fawn.
