This can be so difficult to do but to do it is a sign of wisdom.

Love and forgive are two essential things to make our life more complete. Without these two things, one’s life is handicapped.

I agree with Guy. It is hard to do. At least we can try to forgive those who have hurt us or if we can’t go up to them just do it for ourselves.
