My favorite food, Oranges.

Oranges

By Ian Devlyn

Oranges,

The fresh citric acid smell,

The sweet after taste

Nice and sour

Off the tree

Into juice or eaten alone,

As you peel the orange

You’re craving it so bad,

All hail the mighty orange!

As it enters your mouth

The mighty taste like no other,

Not like peaches,

Pears,

Apples,

Or pomegranate,

Finally you finished.

You say,

‘Hmm… Let’s get some more!”
