Written in Jan., 2010, after a slight fainting event due to the steaming heat.

‘L’oiseau que tu croyais surprendre
Battit de l’aile et s’envola
L’amour est loin, tu peux l’attendre
Tu ne l’attends plus, il est là’

                                         —Carmen

The intense heat made me dizzy
The air smelt a heavy sense of daisy
Faintness caught me by surprise
Indolence took me by force
Even the cicadas put aside their buzzing
Left the ground free with his hissing

Sadness and the little bit of depression
Mingled with the voice of Carmen:
‘L’amour est un oiseau rebelle’
Eye lids were battling, ha, rebelle
Fatigue was absent
Or, was he? My head bowed
Unable to pass into sleep
Nor could I heal the rip

Hallucination passed into
Series of obstructed mirage. Whereto?
To the majastic mountains
Of the unknown countries
To the melodic Vienna
Of the beauteous Austria
To the taletelling Copenhagen
Where ‘Once upon a time’ was written

‘Tu ne l’attends plus il est la’
I needed only some water, not invidia
Let the wind keep his blowing
Like the hot tongues of Ukrainian Ironbelly
Mind forcused, at dusk
Senses were back
‘Twas clearly
A full moon night, dearly

Kindly was he, indolence
Who finally decided to release
I who had found my breath
And a silver silky moth
My head, lifted up high
Heard Shadowfax’s secret neigh
Awake, sober
Roses shadowed with sombre
