To cure homelessness we must lure people in with a stradegy which is akin to each condition which represents the reason they do not fend for themselves:

Homeless-To escape stress, managements, and a beating down of the most profound independance. Homeless-From having will-power crippled by chemical dependencies due to several tendencies; To explore, experience, or escape. Homeless-From ill luck and misfortune which has come calling and then fallen on able hands which are not enabled. Homeless-Because of peculiar traits of personality having harried the comfort zone owned by average minds. Homeless-To escape any signs of failure at a familiar place untill at its pleasure efforts can ape success on its own terms at a newer place. Homeless-From bad luck and misfortune which has come calling and then fallen on disabled hands which cannot be enabled. Homeless-From feebleness in assertiveness to initiate or undertake discovery of human contact needed to forward a recovery. Homeless-Due to anarchy; notions caused by a frantic devotion to ones personal id in a bid to have ones way in the world of women and men or else destroy the good in life in revenge. Homeless-Having done a crime, and done the time only to encounter the assignment of cruel and unusual punishment in that it never went away,being judged.
