It is a heart breaking poem where the speaker is asking earnestly his beloved to return to him again, to save him from the grip of sorrow and pain. the poem is sad and melancholic in tune and theme is universal despair after being rejected and left out by love.

You will come back to my desolate abode of sorrow and pain one day
To turn it next to the heaven of Adam and Eve.
Now, I am a falling angel from your sky.
I have no place at the dreamland of your paradise.
Sorrows and pains are my bosom, constant friend,
And they live with me along with their utmost sincerity.
I am now under the unique care and supervision of them.
They are eating me out bit by bit just like a rat does the ripe corn.
I am crying with my shattered heart asking myself
Why I have been left out into the unfathomed sea of grief and despair.
Now, I am struggling with the foams and waves of the sea.
I am now in their firm grip & they are welcoming me
To live in their world of turbulence & terrific bliss.
Oh!!!!!!! My Love!!! Save me from their ominous grip.

It is a powerful lyric full of spontaneous expression of emotion. Romantic melancholy pervades the whole poem.
