Old people can be kind, mean, or angry with you. Most likely their anger might make you think twice about what to accept or not accept. It is not good to see that an old person is jealous about you for example.
The times spent outside reading
especially at libraries is precious
even if there is a lot of struggle reading
not because of the books which are precious
but also because of the people and the reading
of the staff which is very strange for the precious
time you have for this cause of reading
and of course there are people who are precious
who are there as your reference reading
guides but you never know how much you are precious
because all your time is dedicated to reading
